Experiences in Morocco

DAY 1: Marrakech
Arrival in Marrakech, regular transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 1 night, with half board.

In the evening, have dinner at the hotel.


DAY 2: MARRAKECH - CASABLANCA
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Travel of about 240km to Casablanca.

Arrival in Casablanca and half-day tour with a guide in Portuguese. Visit to the Hassan II Mosque, Mohammed V Square, the administrative center of the city where several public buildings are located, and the Corniche region, a coastal area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean that concentrates restaurants and leisure areas.

Accommodation for 1 night, with half board.

In the evening, dinner at Rick's Café, a restaurant inspired by the famous movie Casablanca.


DAY 3: CASABLANCA - RABAT - MEKNES - FEZ
Early in the morning, breakfast and check-out at the hotel, this day trip to Fez, on a route of about 320 km, accompanied by a guide in Portuguese.

Along the way, walk to the main historic landmarks of the city of Rabat.

Then stop at the Château Roslane winery, located just outside Meknes for a wine tasting and lunch (excluding drinks).

After lunch, brief visit to the main sights of Meknes, including the famous entrance gate of the imperial city. Continuation of the trip to Fez.

Arrival in Fez and accommodation for 2 nights, with half board.

In the evening, have dinner at the hotel.


DAY 4: FEZ
After breakfast, a half-day tour of Fez to visit the main points of the city, especially the Mellah Jewish Quarter, with its monumental doors, the Al Quaraouiyine University and the alleys of the Medina.

Then, visit a ceramic studio for an artistic experience, clay molding and decoration of the handmade piece. After the creation is finalized, the piece is delivered to the hotel.

Return to the hotel and, in the evening, have dinner.


DAY 5: FEZ - Ifrane - Midelt - Erfoud
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Travel on a route of about 485km, passing Atlas Mountain, Ifrane and Midelt for lunch (not included).

Arrival, free time for independent activities. Accommodation for 1 night, with half board.

In the evening, have dinner at the hotel.


DAY 6: erfoud - rissani - merzouga
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Travel to Merzouga on a route of about 60km.

During the trip between cities, a visit, accompanied by a guide in Portuguese, takes place to the village of Rissani (birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty) and its traditional souk, with a stop for tea with a nomadic family, providing an exchange of stories and understanding of the lifestyle in the desert, followed by lunch (without drinks).

Continuation of the trip in a 4x4 vehicle, with an adventure through the Erg Chebbi dunes, also called Merzouga dunes.

Accommodation in the desert for 1 night, with half board.

In the evening, dinner at the camp.


DAY 7: MERZOUGA - GORGES du TODRA - OUARZAZATE
After breakfast and check-out, drive to Ouarzazate on a route of about 350 km.

Along the way, accompanied by a guide in Portuguese, visit the Gorges du Todra, a group of gorges formed by the action of water, and the Dades Valley, an area marked by rock formations and watercourses.

If time permits, stop in Skoura and visit the Kasbah of Skoura, an old earthen building located amidst palm trees.

Stop for lunch (not included).

Arrival in Ouarzazate and accommodation for 1 night, with half board.

In the evening, have dinner at the hotel.


DAY 8: OUARZAZATE - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech
Breakfast at the hotel and panoramic tour with a guide in Portuguese in Ouarzazate, with a visit to Kasbah Taourirt, a historic fortified residential complex located in the center of the city, and the movie studios, where several films with desert scenes were produced.

After checking out at the hotel, travel to Ait Ben Haddou to visit the famous movie sets Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

Continuation of the trip through the Tizi N'Tichka pass, in the High Atlas mountain range.

Arrival in Marrakech and accommodation for 2 nights, with half board.

In the evening, have dinner at the hotel.


DAY 9: MARRAKECH
Breakfast at the hotel. Full-day tour with a guide in Portuguese in Marrakech, the second oldest imperial city in the country, also known as “the pearl of the south”.

Visit the Medina, with stops at points of interest such as the Kutubiya Mosque, the Bahia Palace and the Saadian Tombs.

Then, gastronomic experience at the Marrakech Culinary Art Museum, with participation in a workshop dedicated to the preparation of typical dishes, such as tajine and couscous. At the end, lunch included (without drinks).

In the afternoon, visit the souks, traditional markets organized by sections, selling fabrics, handicrafts and other local products, and Jemaa el-Fna Square, the central point of the Medina.

Return to the hotel. In the evening, have dinner at the hotel.


DAY 10: MARRAKECH
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Regular transfer to Marrakech airport.
