Day 1: San José
Arrival at San José International Airport, reception by the local representative and private transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
San José, the capital of Costa Rica, is the country's cultural and economic center, with museums, theaters, universities, and local markets. The National Theater, the Gold and Jade Museums, and the Central Market reveal Costa Rican identity. The city concentrates government institutions, universities, and local markets, and is a starting point for trips to other regions of the country.

DAY 2: SAN JOSÉ - TORTUGUERO
Breakfast at the hotel and free morning for independent activities.
After checking out at the hotel, land transfer to Muelle (about 3 hours), followed by regular boat transfer (about 1 hour and 50 minutes) to Tortuguero.
Arrival and accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
Tortuguero National Park is one of the most fascinating destinations in Costa Rica, due to its unique biodiversity and the channels that can be explored by boat or kayak through the rainforest. The park is home to numerous species of birds and endangered mammals and is considered one of the most important places in the world to observe the spawning of sea turtles.
Day 3: TORTUGUERO
Breakfast at the hotel. Regular boat ride of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes through the Tortuguero canals, with a guide in Spanish.

Day 4: Tortuguero - la Fortuna
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Regular boat transfer to Muelle (about 1 hour and 50 minutes), followed by private land transfer to La Fortuna (about 2 hours and 50 minutes). Arrival at La Fortuna and accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
La Fortuna, in the province of Alajuela, Costa Rica, stands out as the main access to the Arenal Volcano and to various natural attractions in the region. The city's name means “Fortune”, and its growth as a tourist center occurred due to its proximity to tropical forests, rivers, waterfalls, and hot springs.
DAY 5: LA FORTUNA - Puentes de Mística - La Fortuna
Breakfast at the hotel and private half-day tour to the Puentes de Mística ecological park, with a guide in Spanish.
The park has trails and bridges that provide close contact with the fauna, flowers, and vegetation of the primary forest. The property has 250 hectares of original forest, with paths and bridges built in harmony with the natural environment.
During the hike, an opportunity to observe the Arenal Volcano and the lake that supplies the largest hydroelectric power plant in Costa Rica. The experience offers learning about the local ecosystem and moments of direct appreciation of nature.
Along three kilometers of trails, it provides a sighting of the diversity of tropical fauna and flora, including colorful birds and plant species detailed by the naturalist guide.
Return to the hotel.
DAY 6: LA FORTUNA - Manuel Antonio
After breakfast and check-out at the hotel, private transfer (about 6 hours) to Manuel Antonio. Accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
Manuel Antonio, on Costa Rica's Pacific coast, is renowned for its national park, beaches, and biodiversity. The city combines rainforest areas with tourist infrastructure, making it a popular destination for animal watching and outdoor activities.
DAY 7: MANUEL ANTONIO
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day for independent activities.
Optional activity suggestion (not included):
- Private half-day tour of Manuel Antonio National Park with naturalist guide in Spanish. Manuel Antonio National Park has a great diversity of fauna and flora, including three of the country's four monkey species. Three trails offer different difficulty levels, from flat sections to sloped areas. During the tour, the guide explains about the animals and plants along the route of about 3 km, which is easily accessible, in addition to the possibility of spotting sloths, birds, reptiles, as well as orchids, butterflies and tropical trees. It includes a stop to rest, sunbathe or swim in the sea.
Day 8: MANUEL ANTONIO - San José
Breakfast and ground transfer (about 3 hours and 50 minutes) to San José, the capital of Costa Rica.
