New Year's Eve in Turkey

Day 1 (26/12/2025): ISTANBUL
Arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST), reception and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 3 nights, with breakfast.


Day 2 (27/12/2025): ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, regular full-day city tour. Passage through the Walls of Constantinople and the Eyüp District, one of the holiest neighborhoods in Istanbul.

Then continue to vibrant Istiklal Avenue, one of the busiest and most cosmopolitan streets in Istanbul.

Visit the Byzantine Hippodrome; the Blue Mosque, with its interior covered by 21,403 Iznik tiles, and the old Hagia Sophia, which marked the apogee of Emperor Justinian.

Stop for lunch (included, without drinks) and visit the Grand Bazar, the first and largest “Shopping Center” in the world.

Note: The Grand Bazar is closed on Sundays.


Day 3 (28/12/2025): ISTANBUL
Breakfast at the hotel and free day for independent activities.

Optional activity suggestion (not included):

• Bosphorus tour: visit Beylerbeyi Palace, summer residence of the Ottoman sultans, and Çamlica Hill, which provides beautiful panoramic views of the city. Then, embark on a ride over the waters of the Bosphorus, which separates Asia from Europe and connects the Sea of Marmara with the Black Sea. Lunch (included) during the visits. Finally, visit the Spice Bazaar, where various types of seasonings are sold, such as peppers, dried fruits, nuts, Turkish candies and a wonderful selection of teas.

Day 4 (29/12/2025): ISTANBUL - ANKARA
Breakfast, check-out at the hotel and departure to Ankara, the capital of Turkey.

Arrival and visit to the Ataturk Mausoleum, which houses the remains of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, founder of the Republic of Turkey. After the visit, transfer to the hotel for accommodation for 1 night, with half board (without drinks).


Day 5 (30/12/2025): ANKARA - CAPPADOCIA
Breakfast, hotel check-out and trip to Cappadocia with a stop at Salt Lake, the second largest lake in the country. It was in Cappadocia, with its fascinating and original landscape, that Saint George was born.

Visit the underground city of Ozkonak or Saratli and the Göreme Open Air Museum, with chapels carved into the rock and decorated with frescoes from the tenth and eleventh centuries.

Opportunity to visit a center for the production of handmade carpets, a heritage passed down from generation to generation.

Accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.


Day 6 (31/12/2025): CAPPADOCIA
After breakfast at the hotel, tour of the Avanos region, with several stops and the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic landscape of the “Fairy Chimneys”.

Stop at the villages of Uçhisar and Ortahisar, natural fortresses where houses were built around and inside the rocks, and visit local craft centers.

In the evening, New Year's dinner (with drinks) at a restaurant that was dug into a hill, with a show of folk dances from different regions of the country.

Optional activity suggestion (not included):

• Balloon ride: Cappadocia is one of the world's leading ballooning centers. Early departure and transfer to the place of departure, with breakfast on site. Opportunity to enjoy the sunrise from the top of a balloon.

7th day (01/01/2026): CAPPADOCIA -
PAMUKKALE Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Transfer to Pamukkale with a stop at Sultan Han, a caravanserai - type of fortified inn that used to be used in medieval times on trade routes, especially the Silk Road.

Accommodation for 2 nights in Pamukkale, with half board (excluding drinks). Opportunity to bathe in the thermal pools.


8th day (02/01/2026): PAMUKKALE
After breakfast at the hotel, tour the city, famous for its thermal waters, the petrified limestone waterfalls that form a unique spectacle with its white cotton mountains.

Visit the ancient city of Hierapolis or “the Sacred City”, with its museum, where the sculptures from the Roman era are located. Free time for independent activities.

Next, visit Laodicea, a charming city that is part of the 7 churches of the Apocalypse in Asia.

Return to the hotel.


9th day (03/01/2026): PAMUKKALE - KUSADASI OR IZMIR
After breakfast and check-out at the hotel, departure to Ephesus and visit the city's ruins: Agora, Odeon, Trajan's Fountain, Hadrian's Temple, Theater and Celsius Library.

Then, continue to the House of the Virgin Mary, where it is believed that the mother of Jesus lived the last years of her life, declared a relic by the Roman Catholic Church in 1896.

Brief stop at a lambskin center. Arrival in Kusadasi or Izmir and accommodation for 1 night, with half board (excluding drinks).


10th day (04/01/2026): KUSADASI OR IZMIR - BURSA -
ISTANBUL Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Travel to Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Visit the Green Mosque neighborhood, where there are also silk markets. Continuation of the trip to Istanbul.

Accommodation in Istanbul for 1 night, with breakfast.


11th day (05/01/2026): ISTANBUL
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Transfer to Istanbul Airport (IST).
