Sapa
The market town of Sapa is colorful and charming, the perfect oasis for discovering Northeastern Vietnam amidst rice terraces.
The extension to Sapa is recommended as soon as you arrive in Hanoi.
DAY 1: HANOI - SAPA
Transfer from Hanoi airport to a hotel for day use (12:00 to 18:00). After dinner at a local restaurant, transfer to Hanoi train station and board the night train to Lao Cai.
Overnight stay on the train in a cabin for 4 passengers.
DAY 2: SAPA
Arrival in Lao Cai and breakfast at a local restaurant. After breakfast, visit the ethnic villages of Sapa: Lao Cai villages of the black H'mong and the Ta Van village of the Dzay ethnic group, located on the edges of a deep and beautiful valley. Continue on foot to the village of Cat Cat.
Return to Sapa and the rest of the day is free.
DAY 3: SAPA - HANOI
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the trek to MaTra. The charming landscape of the MatRa Valley opens up with its characteristic rice fields scattered across its hills. During the trail, you can see the H'mong villages working in the fields. Lunch in Sapa, before returning by express bus to Hanoi (approximately 5:30). Arrival in Hanoi and transfer to the hotel.
THIS ITINERARY INCLUDES:
- Accommodation for 1 night in Sapa, with breakfast;
- Accommodation for 1 night on a train in a quadruple cabin, with breakfast served at a local restaurant in Lao Cai;
- Transfers and private tours, with guide in English; - Entrance to the attractions mentioned in the itinerary;
- Letter of authorization for a visa in Vietnam.
