Family trip to Lençóis Maranhenses combining nature, fun, culture and relaxation.
Day 1: SÃO LUÍS - ATINS
Arrival at São Luís - Marechal Cunha Machado International Airport, reception and ground transfer of about 3 hours and 50 minutes followed by speedboat to Casa Venturas Atins.
Located between the Lençóis Maranhenses dunes and the Atlantic Ocean coast, Atins enchants with its tranquil atmosphere and relaxing energy. Recognized as one of the world's leading kitesurfing destinations, the town preserves its rustic charm, with sandy streets, beaches surrounded by palm trees, and calm waters. It is also the eastern gateway to Lençóis Maranhenses National Park.
2nd day: ATINS - CANTO DO ATINS - ATINS
After breakfast, departure in a 4x4 vehicle to the town of Canto do Atins. The route crosses the Lençóis Maranhenses dunes, with stops for swimming in two lagoons in the region.
If the tour takes place in the morning, there will be the possibility of lunch at a traditional local restaurant (lunch not included). After some time to rest, head towards the village of Ponta do Mangue, with a visit to the lagoons.
Return to Atins in the late afternoon, after sunset.
Day 3: ATINS - MANDACARU - CABURÉ - BAR DA HORA WITH REVOADA DOS GUARÁS - ATINS
Breakfast at the hotel, ride in a 4x4 vehicle or directly by speedboat, depending on weather conditions. Tour along the Preguiças River, with stops in the villages of Caburé, where the river meets the sea.
Then, at Povoado Bar da Hora, lunch break at a local restaurant (not included), and in Mandacaru, visit the Lighthouse.
At the end of the afternoon, the speedboat stops at a strategic point to contemplate the flight of the Guarás.
Return to Atins.
Day 4: ATINS
Breakfast at the hotel. Day off.
Day 5: Atins - BARREIRINHAS - SÃO LUÍS
After breakfast and check-out, transfer by speedboat from Atins to Barreirinhas (approximately 1 hour). Then, ground transfer from Barreirinhas to São Luís - Marechal Cunha Machado International Airport.
