Chapada Diamantina First Impressions
Lençóis
8-day itinerary in Lençóis, ideal for a first visit to Chapada Diamantina. It includes classic attractions such as Morro do Pai Inácio, Gruta da Lapa Doce, Marimbus and Ribeirão do Meio.
Day 1: Lençóis
Arrival in Lençóis, reception by the local representative and regular transfer to the hotel.
Accommodation for 7 nights, with breakfast.
2nd day: LENÇÓIS - SPRING WATERFALL - LENÇÓIS
After breakfast at the hotel, departure towards the Serrano River, covering approximately 2 km through a setting filled with natural pools. Along the way, visit the Hall of Colored Sands, formed by the erosion of rocks and sandstone conglomerates. Then, pass through Cachoeirinha, with its crystal clear waters, until reaching the highest point of the mountain, where the Cachoeira da Primavera is located, which flows into the Lençóis River. At the end of the day, visit a natural viewpoint, from where you can contemplate a panoramic view of the city of Lençóis.
Day 3: LINÇÓIS - ENCHANTED WELL - LINÇÓIS
After breakfast at the hotel, departure to the Enchanted Well, a large room houses this transparent water well, providing a trip to the center of the earth, followed by bathing in crystal clear waters in the unforgettable Blue Well, one of the most striking settings in the region.
Day 4: LENÇÓIS - GRUTA DA LAPA DOCE, GRUTA DA PRATINHA, GRUTA AZUL AND MORRO DO PAI INÁCIO -
LENÇÓIS Breakfast at the hotel, departure to Gruta da Lapa Doce, famous for its impressive rock formations. During the visit, it will be possible to appreciate different speleothems, such as “the owl” and “the nativity scene”, among others.
Next, continue to Pratinha, where it is possible to take advantage of the following activities:

Relax in the natural pool with crystal clear and blue waters;

(Optional) Dive with a mask and snorkel, guided by professionals, in Gruta da Pratinha;

Contemplate the beauty of the Blue Grotto;

(Optional) Enjoy the zip line over the Pratinha River.
On the return, the route continues to Morro do Pai Inácio, located in the geographical center of Chapada Diamantina. There, breathtaking panoramic views and the traditional legend of Father Ignatius wrap up the day in a memorable way.
Day 5: LENÇÓIS - CACHOEIRA DA FUMAÇA AND RIACHINHO - LENÇÓIS Breakfast at the hotel and
half-day tour of the Marimbus environmental protection area.
Transfer of approximately 30 minutes to Remanso, a picturesque fishing village, to take a boat ride through the Pantanal to the Rocandor farm. Lunch at the farm and free time to rest.
In the afternoon, return by boat to Remanso and continue by car to the hotel in Lençóis.
Day 6: LENÇÓIS - MOSQUITO WATERFALL AND DEVIL'S WELL - LENÇÓIS
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Fazenda Santo Antônio (approximately 30 km), followed by another 8 km to the start of the trail. Hike to the viewpoint, from where you can contemplate the spectacular view of the waterfall formed by the Mosquito River and the beautiful surrounding valley. After about 20 minutes of descending the trail, you arrive at the base of the waterfall, which is 50 meters high, where you can appreciate all its grandeur and enjoy a relaxing bath surrounded by nature.
After lunch, continue the tour to the Mucugezinho River, with a visit to several crystal clear waterfalls. Walk between the riverbed and the riverbank until you reach the Devil's Well, where a 22-meter-high waterfall and a large natural pool form the perfect setting for an invigorating dive.
7th day:
LENÇÓIS Breakfast at the hotel. Free day for independent activities.
Day 8: LENÇÓIS
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Regular shuttle to Lençóis airport.
