Celebrate the turning point with charm and wine in Mendoza, among vineyards, good cuisine and the view of the Andes Mountains.
Day 1 (29/12/2025): Mendoza
Arrival in Mendoza. Private transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 4 nights, with breakfast.
Mendoza, located in western Argentina, is known for its wineries, Malbec wine production, and the Andes Mountains. The city is home to several wineries open to visitors, where it is possible to learn about the wine production process and participate in tastings. In addition, it is a starting point for activities related to mountaineering and rural tourism.
Optional activity suggestion (not included):
- Dinner at the Centauro Restaurant, one of the restaurants suggested by the Michelin Guide.
Day 2 (30/12/2025): Mendoza
After breakfast, tour to two wineries in the province of Mendoza, including private transfers, small-group visits, wine tasting, and lunch.
The first stop will be at Bodega Trivento for a guided tasting of its wines, accompanied by different types of cheeses and jams.
Then, there will be a visit to Bodega El Enemigo, by renowned agronomist Alejandro Vigil, inspired by the literary work “Divine Comedy” by Dante Alighieri, for a lunch accompanied by wines selected by the winery.
Return to the hotel and free time for independent activities.
Day 3 (31/12/2025): Mendoza
Breakfast at the hotel. Tour to two wineries in the Uco Valley region, including private transfers, small-group visits, wine tasting, and lunch.
The tour begins at Bodega Salentein, a pioneer in the province for combining architecture, art and wine. Guided tour of the vineyards, production areas and underground cellar, in addition to the tasting of 4 wines.
Then, visit Bodega Andeluna for a 4-step lunch accompanied by selected wines from the winery, in addition to learning about its way of producing wines.
Return to the hotel and free time.
In the evening, New Year's Eve dinner (excluding drinks) to celebrate the turn of the year.
Day 4 (01/01/2026): Mendoza Free
day for independent activities.
DAY 5 (02/01/2026): MENDOZA
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Private transfer to Mendoza airport.
