New Year's Eve in Sydney and Adelaide with seven nights to enjoy shows, iconic landscapes and experiences around the city, combining celebration and free time in one of the world's most vibrant destinations.
DAY 1: SYDNEY (29/12/2026)
Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 4 nights.
DAY 2: SYDNEY (30/12/2026)
Breakfast at the hotel. Half-day shared tour, with an English-speaking guide, through the main attractions of Sydney, the capital of the state of New South Wales and the largest city in Australia.
Visit the historic neighborhood of The Rocks, with information about the early years of British colonization, plus views of the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Continue through the city center, passing the Queen Victoria Building, Oxford Street and the elegant Paddington neighborhood.
Continue to the coast, with a passage along the coastal trails of Tamarama and Bronte, to the famous Bondi Beach, with free time to walk along the waterfront. Stop at Dover Heights for panoramic coastal views and return to downtown via Double Bay, Kings Cross, and Mrs Macquarie's Point.
The tour ends at Circular Quay, return to the hotel on your own.
Free afternoon for independent activities.
Suggested optional activities (not included):
- Half-day shared tour, departing from downtown Sydney, including transfer to the helipad. 30-minute panoramic helicopter flight over the beaches of Bondi, Coogee, Manly, Dee Why, and Curl Curl, in addition to providing aerial views of the Sydney Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, and the city skyline. After the tour, return to downtown Sydney. (the completion of this tour is subject to weather conditions).
- Shared sunset cruise of approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes across Sydney Bay, departing from King Street Wharf in Darling Harbour. The experience includes three-stage premium dining (no drinks) and live music, while passengers enjoy views of the Sydney Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, and the illuminated skyline.
- Private half-day food-themed walking tour of the Surry Hills neighborhood of Sydney with an English-speaking guide. Opportunity to visit bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars, with the tasting of typical snacks, gin and an alcoholic beverage, while the group learns about local history and culture. Indicated exclusively for adults over 18 years of age.
DAY 3: SYDNEY (31/12/2026) Free
day for independent activities and celebrating the arrival of the new year.
Suggested optional activities (not included):
- Admission to the Sydney Opera House on New Year's Eve night to attend the Opera Gala Concert, which presents great classics by Verdi, Puccini, Rossini, and other renowned composers.
- Then, at the Opera Gala Concert, canapes, drinks and live entertainment, accompanied by the traditional midnight fireworks display over Sydney Harbor, viewed from the Northern Foyer of the Sydney Opera House. (this activity must be booked in conjunction with the Opera Gala Concert ticket).
- Special New Year's Eve cruise lasting approximately 6 hours across the famous Sydney Bay, providing a privileged view of the traditional fireworks at 21:00 and midnight. During the tour aboard the MV Harbor Spirit, freshly prepared canapes, grazing stations, hot dishes and salads will be served along the cruise. The vessel has large outdoor decks and several observation areas on the upper and lower levels. The vessel has a maximum capacity for 120 passengers.
- Kayak ride, lasting approximately 3 hours, to Cremorne Point to watch the traditional fireworks display called “Calling Country Fireworks” scheduled at 21:00 providing a different and unforgettable New Year's Eve experience in Sydney. The activity will be held with approximately 26 participants, each in their own individual kayak. Includes: English-language guide, safety briefing, equipment adjustment, kayak, paddle, and life vest.
DAY 4: SYDNEY (01/01/2027) Free
day for independent activities.
DAY 5: SYDNEY/ADELAIDE (02/01/2027) Check-out at the hotel.
Private transfer to Sydney airport for boarding a flight (not included) to Adelaide.
Arrival in Adelaide and private transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 3 nights, with breakfast.
DAY 6: ADELAIDE (03/01/2027)
Early in the morning, departure for a shared full-day tour (approximately 16 hours) with an English-speaking guide to Kangaroo Island.
Transfer to the port, followed by boarding the ferry and crossing to the island.
Upon arrival, start of the tour with visits to different natural habitats. Along the way, there are several opportunities to observe the local fauna in a natural environment, including typical birds, echidnas, wallabies and reptiles.
At Seal Bay Conservation Park, walk along the beach accompanied by a guide and close observation of an Australian sea lion colony. Then stop at a local property with native vegetation, where a picnic-style lunch takes place. After lunch, free time to walk in the woods or along the beach, with chances of finding koalas, observing endemic birds such as the Kangaroo Island black cockatoo and viewing the Tammar wallaby.
In the late afternoon, observation of kangaroos leaving the forest areas towards the open fields.
Ferry ride back to Adelaide and transfer to the hotel.
DAY 7: ADELAIDE (04/01/2027) Free
day for independent activities.

- Full-day shared tour, with an English-speaking guide, through the Barossa Valley wine region. It includes a panoramic tour of Adelaide, tasting at boutique wineries such as Riesling Freak and Charlie Melton in the Barossa Valley, a visit to historic villages, and lunch (without drinks) at a local restaurant.
- Half-day shared electric bike tour, with an English-speaking guide, of Adelaide's main sights. It includes a visit to the Adelaide Oval, a tour of the city and parks, a stop for wine tasting and cold cuts at the National Wine Center, as well as a visit to the Botanical Gardens.
DAY 8: ADELAIDE (05/01/2027)
Check-out at the hotel and private transfer to Adelaide airport for boarding a flight (not included) to Sydney.
