Kalahari Desert Region
An extension to explore the Kalahari Desert, with cultural and safari experiences.
Day 1: WINDHOEK -
Kalahari Desert region Arrival in Windhoek. Reception by the local representative and regular transfer for about 3 hours to the Kalahari Desert. Arrival at the lodge and accommodation for 2 nights, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In the afternoon, visit a cheetah center for about 1 hour accompanied by a guide in Spanish. Return to the lodge in the late afternoon.
Day 2: KALAHARI DESERT region Breakfast at the
lodge. Regular hiking trip accompanied by members of the Bushmen tribe, hunter-gatherers considered to be the oldest tribe in all of Africa. During the approximately 1.5-hour visit, it will be possible to learn a little more about the tribe's lifestyle.
Return to the lodge and free morning until lunch.
In the afternoon, safari in a 4x4 vehicle to observe the large number of wild animals inside the private reserve. The safari ends with free time to contemplate the sunset.
Return to the lodge for dinner.
Day 3: KALAHARI DESERT region - WINDHOEK
Breakfast at the lodge. Regular shuttle of about 3 hours to Windhoek Airport.
THIS ITINERARY INCLUDES:
- Accommodation for 2 nights including breakfast, lunch and dinner;
- Transfers on a regular basis between airport/hotel/airport;
- Tours on a regular basis according to the itinerary;
- Travel kit.
