With desert landscapes, vast plains, national parks and sandy beaches, Namibia is a country with an incredible diversity of fauna and flora.
Package in Namibia that combines safaris with a stay inside the park in Sossusvlei, the incredible coast, Damaraland to see the elephants and the Himba ethnic group, the Etosha National Park and a day of visiting the AfriCat Foundation.
DAY 1: WINDHOEK
Arrival in Windhoek, Namibia and reception by the local representative. Regular transfer to the hotel and accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
DAY 2: WINDHOEK - SOSSUSVLEI
Arrival in Windhoek, Namibia and reception by the local representative. Regular ground transfer to Sossusvlei, in safari-type vehicle with the guide, traveling across the scenic plateaus of Khomas Hochland before heading to the Great Escarpment region of the Namibian Desert. Stop for a picnic along the way.
Arrival at the lodge, for accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
If there's time, the guide will head to Sesriem Canyon, a nearby geological attraction. Alternatively, you can just relax and enjoy the lodge's surrounding, tranquil landscape.
DAY 3: SOSSUSVELEI
Early in the morning, regular tour to Naukluft National Park; it is recommended to leave before dawn to see the dunes while the light is soft and the shadows accentuate their imposing forms. This area has some of the largest sand dunes in the world and the guide gives an insight into the formation of the Namibian desert and its variety of creatures and plants that have adapted to survive in an aggressive environment.
After having explored Sossusvlei, Deadvlei, and the dunes surrounding the heart of the desert, free time to enjoy brunch under the shade of a tree. Return to Dead Valley Lodge in the early afternoon and free time for lunch. Option to visit Sesriem Canyon later, if it wasn't done the day before. Rest of the day free.
DAY 4: SOSSUSVLEI - SWAKOPMUND
Continuation of the journey through desert landscapes in the Namib Naukluft National Park, including the impressive Gaub and Kuiseb canyons, passing through the port city of Walvis Bay.
Arriving in Swakopmund, accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
Free time in the afternoon to explore the city and stroll along the waterfront on foot, before dinner at a popular restaurant that specializes in fresh seafood.
DAY 5: SWAKOPMUND
After breakfast, regular ride along the scenic coastal road to Walvis Bay for a kayaking adventure inside the lagoon. Kayaking is the ideal way to see Cape Fur seals, dolphins, pelicans, flamingos, and a wide variety of seabirds. With luck, there's a chance to see whales and turtles. A quick meal will be served on the beach before returning to Walvis Bay.
Free time in Walvis Bay to explore space, before returning to Swakopmund for a free afternoon in the city.

DAY 6: SWAKOPMUND - DAMARALAND
Continuation of the trip to Damaraland, passing the largest mountain in Namibia, Brandberg, with peaks of 2,573 meters above sea level. Time to see the animals and soak up the vastness of the landscape along the way.
Arriving at the camp, accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
Damaraland is characterized by its different colors, rock formations and exotic-looking vegetation. The current landscape was formed by the erosion of wind, water, and geological deposits that formed hills, dunes, gravel plains, and ancient river terraces. The variety and isolation of the area, as well as the splendid landscape, surprise, giving an authentic understanding of the word “desert”.
Weather permitting, in the afternoon the guide takes you to visit the prehistoric geological attractions and rock carvings of Twyfelfontein (recently declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
DAY 7: DAMARALAND
After breakfast, regular 4WD ride along the Aba Huab and Huab River valleys to explore this remarkable region, including desert elephants, if they are in the area.
Damaraland is home to a variety of wildlife that has adapted to the environment. Because elephants are most active in the mornings, it's usually easier to see before returning to camp for lunch.
Free time for a hike in the local area with the guide or simply relax at the campsite.
DAY 8: DAMARALAND - Ongava Private Animal Reserve
After breakfast very early, travel to the Ongava Private Animal Reserve, which covers 30,000 hectares along the southwestern border of Etosha National Park. Upon arrival at the animal reserve, departure for a regular safari. The Ongava Reserve is home to a wide variety of animals, with the opportunity to spot lions, leopards, giraffes, rhinoceroses, mountain zebras, cape oryxes, and more. The setting is attractive, with large plains that blend with the trees of Mopane and Dolomites.
Accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
DAY 9: Ongava Private Animal Reserve
Breakfast at the lodge and departure for a regular full-day safari to Etosha National Park, one of the icons of African wildlife, comprised of landscapes, forests and savannas, home to 114 species of mammals and 340 of birds.
Stop for lunch (without drinks) at the park itself, at a camping area, or picnic-style. Before sunset, return to the hotel and have dinner.
DAY 10: ONGAVA PRIVATE ANIMAL RESERVE - WINDHOEK
Departure to Windhoek via Tsumeb, Otavi and Otjiwarongo. Stop at Okonjima AfriCat Day Center, a wonderful highlight to conclude safaris. Okonjima is home to the AfriCat Foundation, a wildlife sanctuary that focuses on researching and rehabilitating Africa's big cats, especially injured or captured leopards and cheetas. Arrival and stop for lunch (without drinks). Continuation of the regular tour on an informative safari around the center.
Continuation of the trip to Windhoek, arriving late in the afternoon to check in at the hotel. Accommodation for 1 night with breakfast.
DAY 11: WINDHOEK
Breakfast at the hotel and regular airport transfer.

- Accommodation for 2 nights in Swakopmund, with full board;
