DAY 1: ARUSHA - NGORONGORO
Disembark in Arusha, meeting with local representative and regular transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 2 nights with full board.
In the afternoon, time to relax or optional safari in the lodge area. Later, I'll return for dinner.
DAY 2: NGORONGORO
Breakfast at the hotel. Regular full-day safari through the Ngorongoro Crater and the nearby forest, lake, and savanna regions. Picnic-style lunch in the crater.
The crater is one of the highlights of this trip, a true natural treasure. At the center of the crater, a lake with alkaline water attracts thousands of flamingos. The surrounding green, creeping vegetation serves as food for hundreds of herbivore species and, consequently, carnivores are also present. In the relatively small space of the crater, it is possible to observe lions, elephants, black rhinoceroses, buffaloes, and others.
Return to the hotel.
DAY 3: NGORONGORO - SERENGETI
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Regular transfer to Oldupai Gorge to visit the Louis and Mary Leaky archaeological sites. Then continue to Serengeti National Park for accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
In the afternoon, regular safari around the region and return for dinner.
The Serengeti National Park is the most renowned in Tanzania and is home to the highest concentrations of large mammals on the planet. Migratory herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles roam freely in search of green grass and water. The name Serengeti is derived from the Maasai name 'Siringet', which means endless plains. The undulating short-grass plains provide an exceptional landscape for wildlife viewing.
DAY 4: SERENGETI
Breakfast. Full day dedicated to safaris, to discover the wildlife that inhabits the Serengeti National Park. Picnic-style lunch in the park.
Return to the lodge for dinner.
DAY 5: SERENGETI - LAKE MANYARA
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Regular shuttle to Lake Manyara and accommodation for 1 night, with full board.
After lunch (subject to arrival time), safari in the park, exploring the animals and biomes gathered in the park. Manyara National Park
is known for housing more than 400 species of birds, forests full of primates, and grass-covered plains. A large area of the park is covered by Lake Manyara, with its large colonies of flamingos and many other waterfowl. The park is also home to giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, impalas, and groups of monkeys and baboons.
DAY 6: LAKE MANYARA - ARUSHA
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Regular shuttle to Arusha and lunch (without drinks) at a local restaurant.
THIS ITINERARY INCLUDES:
- Accommodation for 2 nights in Ngorongoro, with full board;
- Accommodation for 2 nights in Serengeti, with full board;
- Accommodation for 1 night on Lake Manyara, with full board;
- Regular transfers with a guide in Spanish, according to the itinerary;
- Regular 4×4 safaris during a stay in the National Parks, with a guide in Spanish;
- Admission fee for environmental conservation in Tanzania's National Parks;
- 1 lunch at a local restaurant in Arusha (without drinks);
- 1 bottle of water per day in the vehicle during safaris;
