7-day itinerary through the beauty of Tanzania with tours of Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area.
DAY 1: ARUSHA
Arrival at Kilimanjaro airport and private transfer to the hotel in Arusha. Accommodation for 1 night, with half board.
DAY 2: ARUSHA - TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast and check-out at the hotel, private transfer to Tarangire National Park to stop accommodation for 1 night, with full board. Lunch at the lodge and private afternoon safari.
Tarangire National Park, located in the Manyara region of Tanzania, is a national park comprised of granite mountain ranges, river valleys, mixed vegetative landscapes, and free wildlife. During the dry season, the Tarangire River is a magnet for thirsty wildlife. Large herds of migratory elephants and wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, impalas, gazelles, bush cows, and elands gather, also attracting their predators. The lion is a constant presence and can be seen resting or walking through the savanna. Tarangire is also the only place in Tanzania where dry-field antelopes, such as oryx and gerenuk, are regularly seen. This area is also renowned for its spectacular baobabs, stunning views of the Masaai steppe, and gorgeous mountains to the south.
DAY 3: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast at the lodge and check-out, private safari in Serengeti National Park, including picnice-style lunch.
The Serengeti National Park is the most renowned in Tanzania and is home to the highest concentrations of large mammals on the planet. Migratory herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles roam freely in search of green grass and water. The name Serengeti is derived from the Maasai name 'Siringet', which means endless plains. The undulating short-grass plains provide an exceptional landscape for wildlife viewing.
In the evening, have dinner at the lodge.
DAY 4: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Day dedicated to exploring the Serengeti, where the Mara River is located, inhabited by hippos and crocodiles. In the area, it is possible to search for large herds of elephants and other felines such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, with regular safaris in the morning and late afternoon.
DAY 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK - NGORONGORO CRATER
After breakfast at the lodge and check-out, private transfer to the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area for accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
Free afternoon to rest or do independent activities.
DAY 6: NGORONGORO CRATER Breakfast at the lodge and departure for a full day private safari in Ngorongoro
Crater, with picnic-style lunch.
Return to the lodge at dusk and have dinner.
Day 7: NGORONGORO CRATER - ARUSHA
After breakfast at the lodge and check-out, private transfer to Arusha for lunch at a local restaurant (without drinks) and transfer to Kilimanjaro airport.
