DAY 1: Alula
Arrival at AlUla. Private transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 4 nights, with breakfast.
AlUla, located in northwestern Saudi Arabia, stands out for its impressive archaeological sites and unique rock formations. The city is home to Hegra, the first UNESCO World Heritage Site in the country, known for its tombs sculpted by the Nabataean civilization. AlUla also preserves traces of old commercial routes and has been consolidating itself as a center for cultural and tourist initiatives.
DAY 2: ALULA
After breakfast, private transfer to Hegra and half-day tour, with a local guide from the archaeological site in English.
Hegra, or Madain Saleh, is part of the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. The site contains rock-carved tombs by the Nabataean civilization. Highlights include the monolithic tomb of Lihyan, Kuza's son, women's tombs, and old banquet halls.
Return to the hotel and free time for independent activities.
DAY 3: ALULA
Breakfast at the hotel and free time for independent activities.
In the afternoon, a private half-day tour, with an English-speaking guide, to the historic center of AlUla, which offers direct contact with the region's cultural heritage.
The historic center of AlUla consists of narrow streets and mud-brick buildings lined up side by side, similar to an old fortification. The place preserves elements with almost a thousand years of history. Among the main points are the old market, products made with natural oils, such as creams and soaps, as well as fabrics and other traditional items.
Return to the hotel.
DAY 4: ALULA
Breakfast at the hotel.
Free day for independent activities. Opportunity to visit the Elephant Rock (Jebel Al-Fil), a rock formation 52 meters high and one of the most photographed landmarks in Saudi Arabia.
DAY 5: ALULA
After breakfast and check-out at the hotel, private transfer to the airport.
