Explore the lakes of Northern Italy, with visits to charming cities, historic villages, and alpine landscapes on this 9-day itinerary!
DAY 1: MILAN
Arrival at Milan airport and private transfer to the hotel.
Accommodation for 4 nights, with breakfast.
DAY 2: MILAN
After breakfast at the hotel, a half-day shared city tour with a guide in Spanish. Visit Piazza del Duomo, with the Teatro alla Scalla, and the Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery. Free
time for independent activities.
Optional activity suggestion (not included):
- Visit the Navigli neighborhood, symbol of Milanese nightlife. Famous worldwide for its nightlife, the hundreds of clubs along its canals and the famous Milan Cathedral. At the end of the visit, an opportunity to taste appetizers.
DAY 3: MILAN - LAKE MAGGIORE (STRESA) - BORROMEAN ISLANDS - MILAN
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Stresa, a tourist center overlooking Lake Maggiore. Free time for independent activities.
Then, continue to the Borromean Islands, with Isola Bella, Isola dei Pescatori and Isla Madre, known for its botanical garden of exotic plants. Lunch at Isla del Pescatori with typical local cuisine.
Return to Stresa and free time before returning to the hotel in Milan.
DAY 4: MILAN - COMO - TREMEZZO - BELLAGIO - MILAN
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the city of Como and visit its main tourist attractions, such as the Duomo, the Broletto and the Palazzo Terragni.
Then walk through the old alleys of the walled city and the remains of the medieval walls.
Continue to Tremezzo to visit Villa Carlotta, located in a privileged position on the lake and surrounded by a park of exotic plants, famous for its beautiful flowering.
Finally, board a boat to Bellagio and free time to explore the “Pearl of Lake Como”.
Return to the hotel in Milan.
DAY 5: MILAN - BERGAMO - FRANCIACORTA - VERONA
Breakfast, check-out at the hotel and departure to Bergamo. Arrival and ascent by funicular to the upper part of the city, the historic and walled part of Bergamo, where you can find Piazza Vecchia and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.
Continuation to a winery in Franciacorta with wine tasting.
Accommodation for 3 nights in Verona, with breakfast.
DAY 6: VERONA - SIRMIONE - PESCHIERA DEL GARDA - VERONA
After breakfast at the hotel, departure to Sirmione, a picturesque city in the south of Lake Garda known as “the pearl of islands and peninulas”.
Continue to Peschiera del Garda, a charming walled lakeside city, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its Venetian fortifications.
Return to the hotel in Verona.

DAY 7: VERONA
Breakfast at the hotel and free day to explore the city, famous for being the setting for Shakespeare's play “Romeo and Juliet”.

- Visit (with admission) to the Verona Arena, considered one of the best preserved in the world.
Day 8: VERONA - LAKE ISEO - PILZONE - MILAN
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Departure to Lake Iseo and panoramic tour with a guide in Spanish through Iseo, a city that develops on the shores of the lake and which still preserves the conformation of the old medieval village, especially the Oldofredi Castle, the Pieve di Sant'Andrea and the Piazza Garibaldi with a fountain dedicated to a hero.
Continue to Pilzone, where you can find the famous Big Bench, part of the Big Bench Community project, from where you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the lake and its surroundings.
Accommodation for 1 night in Milan, with breakfast.
DAY 9: MILAN
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Private transfer to Milan airport or train station.
