Day 1: Cuiabá - Porto Jofre - Pantanal River Cruise
Arrival and reception at Cuiabá airport. Private transfer to Porto Jofre (about 6 hours).
Trip to the historic prospecting city of Poconé, followed by a safari along the 147 km Transpantaneira Park Road. Along the way, stop for lunch.
Arrival at Porto Jofre and embark on a cruise for an unforgettable journey. Accommodation for 5 nights, with full board.
DAY 2: Pantanal River Cruise
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the first river safari to explore the Encontro das Águas State Park region, known as the “land of jaguars”.
The tours around the Encontro das Águas State Park provide the perfect opportunity to sail in search of wildlife, with the possibility of finding giant and neotropic otters, capybaras, alligators, a variety of birds and the jaguars, making the adventure unforgettable in this region rich in biodiversity.
Lunch on board. In the afternoon, embark on a river safari at sunset.
Return to the cruise for dinner.
Day 3: Pantanal River Cruise
After breakfast, departure for a river safari to the Encontro das Águas State Park region.
Return to the cruise and lunch on board while sailing along the Cuiabá River towards Serra do Amolar.
In the afternoon, embark on a river safari to explore the Rio Negrinho and its surroundings.

Day 4: Pantanal River Cruise
After breakfast, disembark at the Acurizal Reserve for a short walk in search of the Zogue-Zoque monkey and other wildlife. After the walk, return aboard for lunch.
In the afternoon, embark on a river safari near the headquarters of the Pantanal National Park, where you can observe the region's rich biodiversity.
Dine on board while sailing along the Paraguay River.
Day 5: Pantanal River Cruise
Breakfast, followed by a river safari in the Serra do Amolar area, rich in wildlife and stunning landscapes.
Return to the boat for lunch while sailing along the Paraguay River.
In the afternoon, departure for the last river safari, with the opportunity to swim or dive in the crystal clear waters of the Paraguay Mirim River.
After sunset, return to the boat for dinner as you sail all night to Corumbá.
Day 6: Pantanal River Cruise - Corumbá - Campo Grande
Early in the morning, breakfast and disembarkation in Corumbá for a brief tour of the city, including a visit to the Pantanal Museum of Man.
Private transfer to Campo Grande airport (about 6 hours on a paved road). Along the way, stop for lunch. Arrival at the airport.
THIS ITINERARY INCLUDES:
- Accommodation for 5 nights, with full board;
- Private transfers between airport/port/airport;
- Selected beverages (beer, cocktails with gin, vodka, cachaça, red and white wines, soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea and water);
- daily speedboat trips in search of wildlife;
