Itinerary combining two French Polynesia gems: Bora Bora and Taha'a.
DAY 1: PAPEETE
Disembark in Papeete and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
Located on the northeast coast of Tahiti Island, Le Tahiti by Pearl Resorts is ideally positioned away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Papeete and the port (about 7 km, or 10 minutes by car) and a little further away from Tahiti Faa'a International Airport. This retreat offers a tranquil environment, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the region's natural beauty. The suggested accommodation is the Ocean View Room (43m²), which offers comfort and convenience.
DAY 2: PAPEETE/RAIATEA - TAHA'A
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport to board Raiatea. Disembarkation and transfer by speedboat to the hotel in Taha'a. Accommodation for 3 nights, with breakfast.
Le Taha'a by Pearl Resorts is located on Motu Tautau, overlooking Taha'a Island on one side and Bora Bora on the other. The resort has 59 suites and villas, three restaurants, two bars, a spa, a fitness center, a tennis court, and an outdoor pool, as well as a helipad. Guests can also take advantage of non-motorized water activities, such as snorkeling, stand-up paddling, and kayaking, as a courtesy.
The Pool Beach Villa (180 m²) offers comfort, with air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and mini bar. The villa has a plunge pool, enclosed garden with gazebo, outdoor bathroom in a tropical environment and direct access to the beach.
3rd and 4th DAY: TAHA'A
Breakfast at the hotel. Free days.
Suggested optional activities (not included):
- Raiatea tour: visit to the Faaroa River and Taputapuatea, the place features several marae (sacred sites) and other stone structures, it was once considered the central temple and religious center of Polynesia;
- Cultural immersion in Polynesian culture: Polynesian dance and ukulele classes.
DAY 5: TAHA'A - RAIATEA/BORA BORA
Transfer by speedboat to Raiatea airport and boarding for Bora Bora, one of the most beautiful of the Polynesian islands! Transfer by boat from Bora Bora airport to the hotel and accommodation for 3 nights, with breakfast.
Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts combines a privileged location with easy access to the mainland. The resort features authentic Polynesian style and offers traditionally designed accommodations.
Guests have at their disposal three restaurants, one with 24-hour room service, two bars, and three stores selling Tahitian pearl jewelry, gifts, and surfwear. Free activities include snorkeling, stand up paddling, kayaking, volleyball, and daily Polynesian cultural activities.
The Overwater Bungalow (79m²) offers an immersion in natural beauty. They are fully air conditioned, with direct access to the lagoon, an external shower and a private bathroom that includes a shower and a separate bathtub, plus free Wi-Fi.
DAY 6 and 7: BORA BORA
Breakfast at the hotel and free days for independent activities.
Bora Bora, known as “The Romantic Island”, is often called the most beautiful island in the world. This small island - just 18 kilometers in circumference - is surrounded by protective coral.
Suggested optional activities (not included):
- Jet Ski tour;
- Activity in a 4x4 car to explore Bora Bora;
- Late afternoon boat ride followed by a romantic dinner.
DAY 8: BORA BORA/PAPEETE
Transfer from the hotel to Bora Bora airport and departure to Papeete. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
DAY 9: BORA BORA/PAPEETE
Breakfast and check-out. Private airport transfer.
Note: The rainy season in Tahiti occurs from November to March and is characterized by a more humid and unstable climate.
