Arusha, Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater
Experience the best of the African savanna, on safaris through Tanzania's National Parks and the Ngorongoro Crater, and have the opportunity to observe the enchantment of the Great Wildebeest Migration.
DAY 1: ARUSHA
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, fast-track at the airport and regular transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
DAY 2: ARUSHA/Tarangire National Park
After breakfast and check-out, regular transfer to Arusha airport to board a flight bound for the Kuro Airstrip airstrip in Tarangire National Park.
Arrival, reception and regular 4WD safari through the Tarangire National Park, with picnic-style lunch, ending at the Treetops Private Reserve, in time for sunset. Accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
DAY 3: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK Early in the
morning, hiking and breakfast in the African savanna. Return for lunch and continuation of the safari in the afternoon, with return to the camp for dinner.
DAY 4: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK/SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast and check-out, drive through Tarangire National Park en route to the Kuro Airstrip airstrip. Take a flight to the Serengeti.
Arrival and accommodation for 2 nights at the Serengeti Pioneer Camp or the Serengeti Migration Camp (depending on where the wildebeest migration is taking place), in a luxury tent, with full board.
The choice of camp will be made prior to arrival in Tanzania, with the decision based on the location that will provide the best viewing opportunities for the animals. Both camps offer exceptional accommodations and are located close to the wildebeest migratory path. The camps also have resident wild animals year-round.
DAY 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, full day exploring the vast Serengeti. Return to camp for lunch.
In the afternoon, the safari continues at sunset and dinner under the stars.
DAY 6: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK/NGORONGORO CRATER
After breakfast and check-out, drive through the Serengeti en route to the airstrip to board a flight bound for Manyara.
Arrival, reception and transfer to the lodge for accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
Lunch and afternoon free to enjoy activities such as the Coffee Tour at the plantation, high-tea (traditional afternoon tea), horseback riding and massage at the spa.
DAY 7: NGORONGORO CRATER
After breakfast, a full day of exploring the Ngorongoro Crater, with picnic-style lunch served in the middle of the Crater.
Return to the hotel and have dinner.
8th DAYS: NGORONGORO CRATER - LAKE MANYARA/ARUSHA
After breakfast at the lodge and check-out, regular transfer to the Manyara Airstrip airstrip and board a flight to Arusha airport.
Upon arrival, reception and regular transfer to the hotel. Depending on the time of the return flight, lunch at the hotel and free time to enjoy the lodge's common area before the transfer to Kilimanjaro airport.
THIS ITINERARY INCLUDES:
- Air transfers by executive plane between Arusha/Tarangire/Serengeti/Lake Manyara/Arusha. Baggage allowance: 1 flexible suitcase, weighing up to 20 kg per person (including hand luggage and camera);
- Accommodation for 1 night in Arusha, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and selected drinks;
- Accommodation for 2 nights in Tarangire National Park, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and selected beverages;
- Accommodation for 2 nights in the Serengeti National Park, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and selected drinks;
- Accommodation for 2 nights in Ngorongoro Crater, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and selected beverages;
- Accommodation for a few hours on the 8th day in Arusha;
- Regular transfers between airport/hotel/airport;
