A trip to explore Victoria Falls and the charms of the African savanna between Zimbabwe and Botswana.
Day 1: VICTORIA falls
Arrival at Victoria Falls and private transfer to the lodge. Accommodation for 1 night, with half board.
Victoria Falls, located in Zimbabwe, is known for its large waterfall on the Zambezi River. The city serves as an access point to Victoria Falls National Park and offers activities related to nature and adventure tourism. The region attracts visitors interested in wildlife watching, boating, and extreme sports.
In the late afternoon, regular cruise, lasting approximately 2 hours, at sunset on the Zambezi River, the fourth largest in Africa and the largest that flows into the Indian Ocean, known for its landscapes and the strength of its waters, with a guide in English. On the boat, snacks and cocktails complete the Zambezi River boat experience.
Return to the lodge and dine at The Palm restaurant (without drinks).
Day 2: VICTORIA FALLS (Zimbabwe) - Kazane - CHOBE REGION (Botswana)
After breakfast and check-out, land transfer of about 2 hours to the lodge, in the Chobe region, in the Kazuma Forest Reserve, stopping in Kazane for immigration and customs.
Accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
Shortly after arrival, lunch with selected beverages, during a boat trip along the Chobe River, known for its great diversity of wildlife and for housing one of the largest elephant populations in Africa, in addition to other species.
DAY 3: Chobe region
Day dedicated to nature exploration and animal observation, with afternoon hiking and sunset safari, amidst the landscapes of the African savanna.
DAY 4: Chobe Region (Botswana) - Hwange National Park (Zimbabwe)
After breakfast and check-out at the lodge, private transfer to the lodge, for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, stopping at the Pandamantega border between Botswana and Zimbabwe, for customs and immigration procedures, followed by reception by one of the lodge's vehicles in Hwange and a trip to the northern region of Hwange National Park.
Arrival at the lodge and accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
DAY 5: HWANGE NATIONAL PARK Full
day of activities offered by the lodge: safaris in a 4x4 vehicle and walking safaris, providing an immersion in the wild nature of Hwange. Opportunity to observe the park's rich wildlife, from large herds of elephants and elegant antelopes to discreet predators, such as lions and leopards.
Hwange National Park is the largest wildlife reserve in Zimbabwe, covering 14,650 km². It is home to approximately 40,000 elephants and more than 100 mammal species. Located in the northwest of the country, close to the borders with Botswana and 100 km from Victoria Falls, the park features landscapes that range from open savannas to mopane forests and rock formations.
During the dry season, between July and October, the animals are concentrated around the water points, offering opportunities to observe fauna that includes lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras and more than 400 species of birds.
Day 6: HWANGE NATIONAL PARK - Victoria falls
Breakfast and check-out at the lodge. Regular shuttle to Victoria Falls airport.
