DAY 1 (THURSDAY): BEIJING
Arrival in Beijing, the capital of China. Reception and regular transfer to the hotel for accommodation for 3 nights, with breakfast.
DAY 2 (FRIDAY): BEIJING
After breakfast at the hotel, regular tour, with a guide in Portuguese or Spanish, to the city. Visit the Imperial Palace, known as “The Forbidden City”, a large complex of traditional Chinese architecture with 980 buildings, which houses a vast collection of historical and cultural artifacts. It was also the imperial residence of the Chinese emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for nearly 500 years. Stop for lunch at a traditional restaurant with a show and optional typical clothing (without drinks).
In the afternoon, continue to the Temple of Heaven, where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties offered sacrifices and asked for good harvests. It is famous for its Hall of Prayer for the Good Harvest, a three-story round wooden building without a single nail in its construction.
DAY 3 (SATURDAY): BEIJING
Breakfast at the hotel and regular tour, with a guide in Portuguese or Spanish, to the largest postcard in China: the Great Wall, an imposing building in a mountainous landscape accessed by the Mutianyu road.
Passage (without admission) through the Bird's Nest (National Stadium) and the Water Cube (National Swimming Center). Then lunch at a local restaurant (no drinks).
In the evening, welcome dinner (without drinks) to sample the famous Beijing lacquered duck at a 1* Michelin restaurant.
DAY 4 (SUNDAY): BEIJING - XIAN
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Regular tour, with a guide in Portuguese or Spanish, to the Summer Palace, a palace and garden complex on the shores of Lake Kunming, and stop for lunch at a local restaurant (without drinks).
In the afternoon, departure to Xian on a bullet train capable of reaching 350 km/h. Arrival and regular transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
DAY 5 (MONDAY): XIAN
After breakfast at the hotel, regular tour, with a guide in Portuguese or Spanish, to the city. Visit the Terracotta Warriors Museum, which houses a collection of 8,000 life-size statues representing a large army of warriors, horses, and cars that guarded the tomb of Emperor Qin. Lunch at a local restaurant (no drinks).
In the afternoon, panoramic visit to the Great Wild Goose Pagoda (admission not included).
Then, stroll along the Great Tang All Day, an extensive pedestrian street of more than 1,500 meters, located south of the Great Wild Goose.
DAY 6 (TUESDAY): XIAN/CHONGQING
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Regular transfer to Xian Airport for boarding a flight to Chongqing. Arrival and regular transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
DAY 7 (WEDNESDAY): CHONGQING - YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE
Breakfast and hotel check-out. Regular tour, with an English-speaking guide, to Ciqikou Ancient Town to learn about local traditions and cultures. Free time for shopping on Jiefangbei Road.
Stop for lunch (without drinks) at a local restaurant. Then, regular transfer to the departure location on a Yangtze River cruise.
Accommodation for 3 nights, with full board.
Note: If the level of the Yangtze River prevents boarding in Chongqing, passengers will be transported by bus to the port of Fengdu (2.5 hours) to board the cruise.
DAY 8 (THURSDAY): YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE
Breakfast on board. Regular tour, with an English-speaking guide, to Fengdu Ghost City, a large complex of shrines, temples, and monasteries dedicated to the afterlife.
Lunch (without drinks) on board and continued river navigation with activities on board.
After dinner on board, regular tour to watch the show War and Fire of the Three Kingdoms.
Note: In case of cancellation of the show due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, the tour to Baidicheng National Park will be taken as an alternative.
DAY 9 (FRIDAY): YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE
Breakfast on board. Navigation through the Qutang Gorge (Qutangxia Gorge) and Wu Gorge (Wuxxia Gorge), which form the Great Gorges of the Yangtze River.
Lunch (without drinks) on board. In the afternoon, arrive in Wushan and board a boat for a regular tour of the Shen'nv River (Shennv Stream).
Dinner (without drinks) on board.
DAY 10 (SATURDAY): YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE - YICHANG/ SHANGHAI
Breakfast on board. Regular tour, with an English-speaking guide, to the Three Gorges Dam, the largest hydroelectric plant in the world by capacity, built on the Yangtze River for flood control, power generation, and transportation improvement.
Disembark in Yichang and transfer regularly to the airport to board a flight to Shanghai, a metropolis with more than 16 million inhabitants and the largest port and commercial center in China.
Arrival and regular transfer to the hotel for accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
DAY 11 (SUNDAY): SHANGHAI
After breakfast at the hotel, regular tour, with a guide in Portuguese or Spanish, to the Shanghai Tower, a skyscraper 632 meters high and 118 floors considered the tallest building in China and the second tallest in the world. Lunch stop at a local restaurant (no drinks).
In the afternoon, visit Yuyuan Garden, a magnificent garden built in 1557 by a city official named Yu, and the Jade Buddha Temple.
Free time on Nanjing Road, Shanghai's most famous pedestrian street.
In the evening, take a regular cruise aboard a mini cruise along the Huangpu River to enjoy the city's nightlife. Passage through The Bund and the buildings and piers on this part of the route.
DAY 12 (MONDAY): SHANGHAI
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Regular airport shuttle.
