Day 1 (THURSDAY): Beijing
Arrival in Beijing and regular transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 3 nights, with breakfast.
Day 2 (FRIDAY): Beijing
After breakfast at the hotel, city tour. Visit the Imperial Palace, known as the Forbidden City, a large complex of traditional Chinese architecture with 980 buildings, which houses a vast collection of historical and cultural artifacts. It was also the imperial residence of the Chinese emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for nearly 500 years. Stop for lunch at a traditional restaurant with a show and optional typical clothing (without drinks).
In the afternoon, continue to the Temple of Heaven, where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties offered sacrifices and asked for good harvests. It is famous for its Hall of Prayer for the Good Harvest, a three-story round wooden building without a single nail in its construction.
Day 3 (SATURDAY): Beijing
Breakfast at the hotel and tour of the largest postcard in China: the Great Wall, an imposing building in a mountainous landscape accessed by the Mutianyu road.
Passage (without admission) through the Bird's Nest (National Stadium) and the Water Cube (National Swimming Center). Then lunch at a local restaurant (no drinks).
In the evening, welcome dinner to sample Beijing's famous lacquered duck at a 1* Michelin restaurant.
Day 4 (SUNDAY): BEIJING/CHONGQING
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Tour to the Summer Palace, a palace and garden complex on the shores of Lake Kunming, and stop for lunch at a local restaurant (no drinks).
Then, transfer to the airport to board a flight to Chongqing.
Arrival and regular transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
Day 5 (MONDAY): CHONGQING
Breakfast at the hotel. Regular tour, with an English-speaking guide, through the city of Chongqing.
Passage through Liziba Station, known for the transit route that crosses buildings. Stop for lunch (without drinks) at a local restaurant. Then, visit Ciqikou Ancient Town to learn about local traditions and cultures.
Free time for shopping on Jiefangbei Road and in the late afternoon, climb the Cloud Eye (Raffles City Chongqing - The Crystal) to observe the night view of the city.
Day 6 (TUESDAY): CHONGQING - CHENGDU
Breakfast and hotel check-out. Regular shuttle to Chongqing Station to board an autonomous bullet train bound for Chengdu (about 1 hour and 20 minutes).
Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
In the afternoon, regular tour, with an English-speaking guide, to Jinli Street, one of the busiest shopping areas in Chengdu and known as First Street during the Shu Kingdom.
Day 7 (WEDNESDAY): CHENGDU
After breakfast at the hotel, regular tour, with an English-speaking guide, to the Chengdu Panda Bear Breeding Center, the only one in the world located in a metropolitan area. Lunch at a local restaurant (no drinks).
In the afternoon, a visit to Taikoo Li Chendu, located in the heart of the city, is a modern shopping and leisure area. Then, visit the People's Park, one of the most traditional parks in Chengdu and much loved by residents, perfect for observing the daily life of the locals.
Day 8 (THURSDAY): CHENGDU/GUILIN
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Regular transfer to Chengdu airport with departure to Guilin, a municipality with mist-covered limestone mountains and a sinuous river that runs through its landscape, serving as inspiration for various painters over the centuries.
Arrival and accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
In the afternoon, regular tour, with a guide in Portuguese or Spanish, to the Gruta da Flauta de Cana (Reed Flute Cave), a 250-meter-deep site, a mountain sculpted by nature. Its stalagmites and stalactites inside the cave form a typical fictional movie setting, and change color under the influence of light.
Day 9 (FRIDAY): GUILIN
After breakfast at the hotel, take a regular cruise for about 5 hours on board the Li River to the port of Yangshuo. The impressive landscape over the river marks the 20-yuan note. Lunch stop at a local restaurant (no drinks).
In the afternoon, regular tour, with a guide in Portuguese or Spanish, along West Street in Yangshuo, considered the heart of the city. Filled with shops, restaurants, and bars, the street is renowned for its lively atmosphere.
At dusk, stroll to watch the famous outdoor light and sound show on the banks of the Li River. The show takes place in a limestone mountain setting with a 2km² aquatic area stage and is based on a local legend about Liu Sanjie, a young woman known for her beautiful voice.
Day 10 (SATURDAY): GUILIN/SHANGHAI
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Regular transfer to Guilin Airport to board a flight to Shanghai, a metropolis with over 16 million inhabitants and the largest port and commercial center in China.
Arrival and regular transfer to the hotel for accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
Day 11 (SUNDAY): SHANGHAI
After breakfast at the hotel, regular tour, with a guide in Portuguese or Spanish, to the Shanghai Tower, a skyscraper 632 meters high and 118 floors considered the tallest building in China and the second tallest in the world. Lunch stop at a local restaurant (no drinks).
In the afternoon, visit the Yuyuan Garden, a magnificent garden built in 1557 by a city official named Yu, and the Jade Buddha Temple.
Free time on Nanjing Street (Nanjing Road), the most famous pedestrian street in Shanghai.
In the evening, take a regular cruise aboard a mini cruise along the Huangpu River to enjoy the city's nightlife. Passage through The Bund and the buildings and piers on this part of the route.
Day 12 (MONDAY): SHANGHAI
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Regular airport shuttle.
