One of the best times to see the Northern Lights, winter in Iceland is uniquely beautiful and impressive.
DAY 1: KEFLAVIK - REYKJAVIK Arrival at Kaflavík International Airport,
reception and private transfer to the hotel in Reykjavik. Accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
In the evening, weather permitting, go hunting for the Northern Lights.
DAY 2: REYKJAVIK
After breakfast at the hotel, private half-day tour with a guide in Portuguese, Spanish or English (subject to availability and confirmation) to the city's main tourist attractions.
Highlights:
- Laugavegur: the city's main shopping street.
- Lake Tjornin: one of the main lakes in the city. On its banks you can find some of the city's best-known monuments, such as the Town Hall, the Palace of Parliament, and the National Museum of Iceland.
- Harpa: theater for conferences and concerts, located in the port of Reykjavik. The structure is covered in steel with colored glass panels.
- Hallgrimskirkja: a church, located on top of a hill where, from above, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the city of Reykjavik.
Then, departure to the “Sky Lagoon” with the opportunity to experience a seven-step ritual created by generations of authentic Icelandic bathing culture.
In the evening, weather permitting, go hunting for the Northern Lights.
DAY 3: REYKJAVIK - GOLDEN CIRCLE - GEYSIR or HELLA Breakfast and check-out at the hotel
. Private full-day tour with a local guide in Portuguese, Spanish or English (subject to availability and confirmation) to the Golden Circle, a route of about 300 km north of Iceland, including sights and impressive landscapes.
Highlights:
- Thingvellir National Park: it is a place of great historical interest in Viking culture and considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is known to be the meeting place for major decisions between Viking tribes, the Althingi. The park is also considered a geological phenomenon, located on two tectonic plates that move gradually, moving away from each other.
- Geysir: a hot spring in the Haukadalur Valley that has a series of gushing geysers, the most famous and the most energetic of which is the Great Strokkur Geyser, which gushes at a height of 40 meters.
- Gulfoss waterfall: the most famous waterfall in Iceland, 31 meters high.
At the end of the tour, transfer to the hotel and accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
In the evening, weather permitting, go hunting for the Northern Lights.
Optional activity suggestion (not included):
- Langjökull glacier snowmobile ride (weather permitting).
DAY 4: GEYSIR or HELLA - SOUTH COAST - JOKULSARLON
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Private full-day tour with a local guide in Portuguese, Spanish or English (subject to availability and confirmation) along the southern coast of Iceland, passing through mountains, waterfalls and glaciers.
Highlights:
- Seljalandsfoss: a waterfall with a 60-meter drop.
- Glúfrabúi or Canyon Dweller: a waterfall located in Hamragardar, close to its counterpart, the Seljalandsfoss waterfall.
- Skógafoss: one of the largest and most beautiful waterfalls in Iceland.
- Myrdalsjokull Glacier: one of the largest glaciers in Iceland;
After the tour, transfer to the hotel in the Jokulsarlon region for accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
In the evening, weather permitting, go hunting for the Northern Lights.
Optional activity suggestion (not included):
- ATV ride along Iceland's famous black sand beach, with the opportunity to observe the wrecked DC3 plane.
DAY 5: JOKULSARLON - SKAFTAFELL - VIK
After breakfast and check-out at the hotel, private full-day tour with local guide in Portuguese, Spanish or English (subject to availability and confirmation) to Skaftafell National Park to visit Jokulsarlon Glacier Lake and Diamond Beach, a beach with large glowing icebergs that resemble diamonds scattered across volcanic black sand.
After the tour, transfer to the hotel and accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
At night, weather permitting, observation of the Northern Lights.

- Katla Ice Cave Tour.
DAY 6: VIK - BLUE LAGOON
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Departure for a full-day tour with a local guide in Portuguese, Spanish or English (subject to availability and confirmation) to the famous black sand beach - Reynisfjara - with large basalt pillars.
Continuation to the hotel, at the Blue Lagoon, and accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
DAY 7: BLUE LAGOON
Breakfast and free day to enjoy the hotel facilities.
The Blue Lagoon or Blue Lagoon is a thermal spa and one of the most visited attractions in Iceland. It has milky-blue thermal waters rich in minerals and temperatures around 40°C. DAY
8: BLUE LAGOON - KEFLAVIK Breakfast and check-out at the hotel.
Private transfer to Keflavik airport.
