Embark on a 15-day adventure through Peru, an itinerary exploring Inca culture and unique archaeological treasures!
DAY 1: LIMA
Arrival in Lima and private transfer to the hotel, accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
It includes a welcome kit to start the complete trip through Peru: a thermos for the different temperatures at each destination and a souvenir handmade by the weavers of Ollantaytambo so that it can be used as luggage identification.
Peru's largest city, Lima is vibrant and full of attractions to visit.
DAY 2: LIMA
After breakfast at the hotel, private half-day tour, with a guide in Portuguese, in the city of Lima.
The first visit is to the Larco Herrera Museum, located in the Pueblo Libre neighborhood. This museum was built on a pre-Columbian pyramid, which houses more than 3 thousand years of pre-Columbian Peruvian history. It stands out for its impressive selection of gold and silver jewelry.
Then, visit Casa de Aliaga, a 1553 mansion considered a jewel of colonial and republican architecture.
Finally, a visit to the Plaza de Armas and the examples from the colonial era, in addition to the Lima Cathedral.
DAY 3: LIMA - PARACAS
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Private transfer of approximately 4 hours to Pisco airport for a flight over the Nazca Lines.
The Nazca Lines are a group of geoglyphs - large drawings made on the ground - located in the Nazca desert, in southern Peru. These are some of the most enigmatic and impressive works left by a pre-Inca culture, dating from approximately 500 BC to 500 AD.
Then, private transfer to the hotel and accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
Paracas is a city on the southern coast of Peru, known for its beaches and the impressive Paracas National Reserve.
DAY 4: PARACAS
After breakfast, meet the guide at the pier, for a regular boat ride lasting approximately half a day, with a guide in Spanish, to the Balearic Islands, for wildlife observation, with famous birds such as guaneras, penguins, tendrillos, piqueros and sea lions, in addition to observing the famous Paracas Candelabrum: A huge geoglyphic design sculpted on the slopes of a sandy hill, whose exact origin and meaning remain a mystery.
Then, visit the Paracas National Reserve, an extensive territory, with geological formations formed by thousands of years of wind and water erosion, which houses traces of a pre-Inca culture.
Return to the hotel and free time for independent activities.
DAY 5: PARACAS - LIMA
Breakfast at the hotel and free time to take advantage of the hotel's infrastructure. After check-out, private transfer takes about 4 hours to Lima.
Arrival in Lima and accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
DAY 6: LIMA/AREQUIPA
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel, private transfer to Lima airport for boarding a flight (not included).
Arrival in Arequipa and private transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
In the evening, it includes dinner at the Zig Zag restaurant or similar (without drinks).
Optional activity suggestion (not included):
- Half-day private tour of the city of Arequipa, with a guide in Portuguese, to the Plaza de Armas, to the Monastery of Santa Catalina, an almost self-sufficient village, which for centuries was a “forbidden city” in the heart of Arequipa, and to the Company Church. Then, visit the neighborhoods of Yanahuara and Carmen Alto, where you can enjoy the view of the Misti volcano.
DAY 7: AREQUIPA - COLCA VALLEY
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, private transfer of about 3 hours to the Colca Valley. Passage through Yura, through the Pampas Cañahuas Reserve, crossing the Viscachani and Toccra pampas, bypassing the crater of the Chucura volcano to the viewpoint of the Andes in Patapampa, from where it is possible to observe the different volcanoes that surround Arequipa.
Lunch stop in the village of Chivay (without drinks).
Arrival in the Colca Valley. Accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
DAY 8: COLCA VALLEY - PUNO
Early in the morning, check out breakfast at the hotel, and travel to the Cruz del Cóndor viewpoint to enjoy the immensity of the Colca Valley, one of the deepest canyons in the world.
Possibility to observe the condors over the canyon, the views from the Antahuilque and Choquetico viewpoints, and explore rural villages such as Pinchollo, Maca, Achoma and Yanque.
Continuation of the trip of about 6 hours, including a “snack box” lunch, to the hotel in. located in the Lake Titicaca region. Accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
In the evening, have dinner at the hotel.
DAY 9: PUNO
Day dedicated to carrying out the regular activities offered by the hotel, such as paddling on the lake, biking, hiking or sailing. In addition, there are guided tours to explore the ecological and cultural diversity of the region.
Optional activity suggestion (not included):
- Semi-private boat ride shared with other passengers and private guide, to the Uros Islands, artificial platforms built over Lake Titicaca and Taquile, known for its ancient culture and traditional lifestyle.
DAY 10: PUNO - CUSCO
Breakfast and hotel check-out. Private full-day tour on the route from Puno to Cusco with guide.
Visit the Pukará Lithic Museum, in the town of Pukará, which presents a collection of zoomorphic lithic sculptures. Then, a brief stop at La Raya, the highest point of the route, lunch in the town of Sicuani with a visit to the temple of the god Wiracocha, and a stop at the village of Andahuaylillas.
Arrival at the hotel in Cusco and accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
Note: the route from Puno to Cusco can be taken by train (optional and not included).
11TH DAY: CUSCO - MARAS - MORAY - SACRED VALLEY
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, private half-day tour to the archaeological sites of Maras and Moray, with a guide in Portuguese.
The tour begins in Chinchero, a city surrounded by Andean landscapes such as the snowy Chicón and Verónica mountains. Then, visit the archaeological sites of Maras, a salt exploration complex with large salt deposits that were used to exchange other products with other regions of the empire, and to the archaeological remains of Moray, which consist of mysterious concentric circular terraces.
After stopping for lunch at a local restaurant (without drinks) and arriving at the hotel, tour the streets of Ollantaytambo with a visit to the Chichería de Mamá Eusebia to discover the process of preparing the sacred drink of the Incas and the stories behind Andean cuisine.
Possibility to carry out one of the optional activities below:
- Hat-making workshop in Maras;
- Photography in Ollantaytambo.
Note: Sunday tours include the Chinchero market.

DAY 12: SACRED VALLEY - MACHU PICCHU - AGUAS CALIENTES
Breakfast and hotel check-out. Tour to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, with a guide in Portuguese.
Ride the Vistadome train on a route to Aguas Calientes, passing through beautiful landscapes. Then, transfer by regular bus for about 25 minutes to Machu Picchu. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and one of the New Seven Wonders of the Modern World, Machu Picchu, which means “Old Mountain”.
Return by bus to Aguas Calientes and stop for lunch at the Sumaq hotel restaurant.
Accommodation for 1 night, with half board.
DAY 13: AGUAS CALIENTES - CUSCO
Breakfast, hotel check-out and free time for independent activities.
In the afternoon, return to Ollantaytambo on the Vistadome train, enjoying the sunset from the panoramic train.
Arrival and private transfer to the hotel in Cusco. Accommodation for 2 nights, with breakfast.
Suggested optional activities (not included):
- Make a new visit to the Machu Picchu Historic Sanctuary (requires advance reservation).
- Climbing the Huayna Picchu mountain, with a climb of approximately 1 hour.
DAY 14: CUSCO
Breakfast at the hotel and free morning for independent activities.
In the afternoon, private half-day tour, with a guide in Portuguese. Visit the Santo Domingo Convent, built on the Inca temple of Coricancha, the Cathedral, the most impressive monument in the Plaza de Armas, the Sacsayhuamán fortress, with a panoramic view of Cusco, the Qenqo, an archaeological complex for religious use, and the Puca Pucará, an architectural complex supposedly for military use.
Return to the hotel and, at the indicated time, visit the Museum of Pre-Columbian Art of Cusco (MAP), the first and only Peruvian museum dedicated to the country's ancient cultures, and dinner at the museum's restaurant (without drinks), the Map Café.
DAY 15: CUSCO
After breakfast and check-out at the hotel, private transfer to Cusco airport.
