Bear watching at Northern Lights Lodge

Observation of brown and black bears in the British Columbia region.
Day 1: Northern Lights lodge
Arrival on your own at Northern Lights Lodge and accommodation for 3 nights, with full board. Northern Lights Lodge is located on Lake Quesnel, the deepest freshwater lake/fjord in the world.
Depending on the time of arrival, it is possible to take a ride along the Gold Rush Trail, a historic route that follows the paths used by prospectors during the Gold Rush in the 19th century. DAY
2: NORTHERN LIGHTS LODGE
After breakfast at the lodge, a full-day tour to observe Grizzli (brown) and black bears.
In spring, possibility to observe baby bears; in summer, hiking to the woods where bears feed on wild fruits; in autumn, boat and jet boat ride to the place where bears feed on salmon.
Return to the lodge and dinner (without drinks).
DAY 3: NORTHERN LIGHTS LODGE
After breakfast at the lodge, board a jet boat to spend the day watching bears, elks, birds, and other wildlife. It includes a guided tour of the river and its surroundings.
Return to the lodge and dinner (without drinks).
DAY 4: NORTHERN LIGHTS LODGE
Breakfast at the lodge and check out by 10 am.
THIS ITINERARY INCLUDES:
- Accommodation for 3 nights at Northern Lights Lodge, with full board;
- 2 full-day bear-watching tours, with lunch (lunch box);
- Gold Rush Trail tour (depending on the time);
- Travel kit.
