The itinerary includes charming accommodations, exclusive enogastronomic experiences, visits to the most renowned wineries in the region and tours of the main attractions of the Serra Gaúcha, providing a complete immersion.
Day 1: PORTO ALEGRE - BENTO GONÇALVES
Arrival at Salgado Filho International Airport in Porto Alegre, reception and private transfer to Bento Gonçalves.
The route is approximately 125 km long, with an average duration of 2h15, covering beautiful landscapes of the Serra Gaúcha, among vineyards, valleys and small cities with a strong Italian influence. Accommodation for 3 nights, with breakfast.
Day 2: BENTO GONÇALVES
Breakfast at the hotel and free morning to enjoy the city, rest or explore the streets and boutiques of Serra Gaúcha.
In the early afternoon, departure for a gastronomic experience at the traditional Mamma Gema Trattoria, an Italian-inspired restaurant that preserves family recipes and the essence of the old Italian immigration canteens in the region. With artisanal cuisine, cozy atmosphere and close service, lunch provides a true immersion in the affective flavors of the Serra Gaúcha, valuing local ingredients and the tradition of Italian cuisine.
After lunch, continue the experience at a charming winery in the region, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Serra Gaúcha vineyards. The moment includes a special sunset experience between the vines, providing a unique atmosphere for contemplation, photos, and connection with the tranquility of the destination.
The winery combines tradition, hospitality and excellence in wine production, offering an authentic and sophisticated experience amidst the vineyards.
The experience includes:
- Tasting of 6 selected wine labels;
- Consumption equivalent to 375 ml per person;
- Gourmet table consisting of a selection of cheeses, charcuterie, nuts, olive oil from Rio Grande do Sul, artisanal focaccia, jams and chocolate dragees;
- Water with or without gas during the experience.
At the end, return to the hotel.
Day 3: BENTO GONÇALVES - Pinto Bandeira - Bento Gonçalves
Breakfast at the hotel and free morning.
In the early afternoon, departure to Pinto Bandeira, one of the most prestigious wine regions in the Serra Gaúcha, renowned for the production of sparkling wines and high-altitude wines. Dining experience at the renowned Geisse Table, located in the Geisse Winery. The Terroir 1979 restaurant offers a sophisticated contemporary interpretation of Southern and Chilean fusion cuisine, inspired by the origins of the Geisse family and paired with some of the winery's most emblematic labels.
Next, the enogastronomic journey continues with the exclusive Berkano Premium Wines Unique Tasting, an experience developed for connoisseurs who seek authenticity, elegance and depth in the world of wines.
In the midst of the enchanting scenery of the Serra Gaúcha, the tasting takes visitors through a true sensory experience through 10 selected labels, revealing the identity and personality of Berkano wines, produced in limited editions and with a strong expression of the local terroir.
The experience includes line labels:
- Nordic Line — Alvarinho, Sauvignon Blanc and Tannat;
- Classic Line — Merlot and Cabernet Franc;
- Barrels Line — Chardonnay and Merlot aged in oak;
- Ultra Premium Line — L'Anglaise and Black Blend;
- Berkano sparkling wines.
At the end of the experiences, return to the hotel.
4th day: BENTO GONÇALVES - FLORES DA CUNHA - GRAMADO
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Flores da Cunha for an enogastronomic experience at the Madre Terra Winery for the “Food and Wine Seasons” tour, a proposal that combines wine, gastronomy and connection with the Serra Gaúcha terroir in an intimate and sophisticated environment. The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery's gardens and production areas, providing an immersion in the universe of Mother Earth and her philosophy of respect for natural cycles, artisanal production and appreciation of regional authenticity.
Afterwards, lunch harmonized in five stages, inspired by contemporary Brazilian cuisine. Each dish is carefully designed to dialogue with the aromas, textures and characteristics of the selected wines, creating an elegant and memorable sensory experience. Recognized for its small-scale production and for its constant search for the genuine expression of the Serra Gaúcha terroir, Madre Terra Winery provides a welcoming, refined and deeply connected experience with wine culture.
Soon after, private transfer to Gramado, one of the most charming cities in the Serra Gaúcha, known for its excellent cuisine, European atmosphere and sophisticated hospitality.
Arrival in Gramado and accommodation for 2 nights.
Day 5: GRAMADO
Breakfast at the hotel. Panoramic tour of Gramado, an experience created to present the main charms of one of the most charming cities in the Serra Gaúcha. Inspired by strong European influence, local hospitality and attention to every urban detail, Gramado enchants with its architecture, impeccable gardens and welcoming atmosphere.
The exit takes place in a circuit format, passing through the most emblematic points of the city, combining moments of contemplation, strategic stops and free time to enjoy the destination in a light and pleasant way. Along the way, it will be possible to learn more about the history, culture and lifestyle that transformed Gramado into a national reference in tourism and gastronomy.
At noon, stop for lunch at the traditional Gramado Café Colonial, one of the greatest gastronomic icons of the Serra Gaúcha. Founded in 1983, the house preserves the culinary traditions inherited from Italian and German immigrants, providing a true emotional and cultural experience. Far beyond a meal, the colonial café offers a large and carefully prepared table, bringing together handmade recipes, cucas, breads, cakes, pies, jams, sausages and various specialties typical of the region, always accompanied by the characteristic welcome of mountain hospitality. With decades of tradition, the restaurant became a reference for keeping alive the essence of immigrant families from Serra Gaúcha through gastronomy and family service.
Then, the tour continues with a visit to the Olivas de Gramado Park, a space that combines nature, leisure and sensory experiences amidst the beautiful landscapes of the Serra Gaúcha.
The park provides direct contact with centuries-old olive trees, contemplation areas and perfect photo settings, in addition to presenting the region's artisanal olive oil production process. The experience includes tastings and moments of connection with nature.
At the end of the activities, return to the hotel.
Day 6: GRAMADO - CANELA - GRAMADO
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a private tour of Canela, a city known for its quiet atmosphere, landscapes and strong connection with nature. Unlike the more urban pace of Gramado, Canela is known for its welcoming style, for its appreciation of local traditions and for tourism aimed at well-being and contemplation.
The tour takes place in the format of a private guided circuit, passing through the city's main natural and cultural attractions, providing a balanced experience between nature, history and moments of contemplation, ideal for exploring the essence of the Serra Gaúcha in a more authentic and slowed down way.
Next, visit the traditional Parque do Caraco l, one of the most emblematic postcards in the region. Surrounded by the native forest of the Serra Gaúcha, the park is home to the famous Caracol Waterfall, with an impressive 131 meters of waterfall, as well as viewpoints and trails that provide spectacular views of the natural landscape.
Continuation of the program with a visit to Mundo à Vapor, one of Canela's most traditional and curious attractions. The park combines entertainment and knowledge through miniature replicas of machines, locomotives, and industrial steam-powered systems. The experience provides a true journey through the history of technology and industrialization, with interactive attractions that delight visitors of all ages, combining learning, curiosity and fun in a playful and very well structured environment. Experience included in the itinerary.
In the evening, end the day with the traditional Gaúcha Night at the Fork and Bombacha, a complete cultural experience dedicated to the traditions of Rio Grande do Sul. Inspired by old warehouses in Rio Grande do Sul and rural customs, the evening combines typical dinner with folk performances, live music, traditional dances and moments of interaction, providing an authentic immersion in regional culture. In addition to typical Gaúcho cuisine, the experience allows you to experience up close the hospitality, music and traditions that are part of the identity of the people of Rio Grande do Sul.
At the end of the program, return to the hotel.
7th day: GRAMADO - PORTO ALEGRE
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Private transfer to Salgado Filho International Airport in Porto Alegre.
