DAY 1: PORTO ALEGRE - BENTO GONÇALVES
Arrival at the airport and private transfer to the hotel in Bento Gonçalves. Accommodation for 5 nights, with breakfast.
Bento Gonçalves is a municipality in Serra Gaúcha, Rio Grande do Sul, known for the production of wines and sparkling wines. The city has a strong cultural presence of Italian descendants, celebrated at festivals and local cuisine. Its territory includes areas of natural landscapes, such as valleys and mountains. It is located approximately 120 km from Porto Alegre.
DAY 2 TO 5: BENTO GONÇALVES

- Harmonized 5-course lunch at the Ostara Restaurant;
- Guided tour of the Don Guerino winery with tasting of 5 selected labels;

- Lunch at the Osteria Della Colombina restaurant;
- Creation of a personalized blend guided by winemakers at the Arteviva winery with tasting of 3 wines barricaded in Brazilian wood and 1 wine barricaded in French oak;
- Guided tour of the Cave de Pedra winery with tasting of 5 blindly selected labels;
- 4x4 tour of the Casa Perini vineyard with tasting of 4 selected labels;
- Harmonized 5-course lunch at Bodega Iribarrem;
- “Secretos da Cave” experience that reveals behind the scenes of wine aging at Casa Fontanari;
- Guided tour and tasting of 4 sparkling wine labels from Cave Geisse;
- Guided tasting of 4 labels at the Madre Terra winery and visit to the property's gardens;
- Guided tour and premium tasting of 3 sparkling wines and 2 wines at the Don Giovanni winery.
DAY 6: BENTO GONÇALVES
Breakfast and private transfer to the airport.
