DAY 1: HOEDSPRUIT - ANIMAL RESERVE
Arrival at Hoedspruit airport and shared transfer with English-speaking driver to the lodge in the Kruger National Park region. Accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
Depending on the time of arrival at the lodge, the first safari may take place in the late afternoon. A qualified guide provides an introduction to African fauna and flora (explanations in English). After enjoying the sunset, return to the lodge for dinner.
DAY 2: ANIMAL RESERVE At
dawn, departure by vehicle (4×4) for safari. The open vehicle provides a complete wildlife experience, allowing you to observe the animals, hear them, and smell the African bush. The absence of windows and the vehicle's elevated position allow for excellent photographic opportunities during the safari. Return to the lodge for breakfast.
Free time to relax or enjoy the lodge.
In the afternoon, departure for the second safari of the day. Return to the lodge for dinner.
DAY 3: ANIMAL RESERVE - HOEDSPRUIT/CAPE TOWN
After the safari very early in the morning, return to the lodge for breakfast. Shared airport transfer for boarding a flight (not included) to Cape Town.
Arrival and private transfer with driver in Portuguese to the hotel. Accommodation for 4 nights, with breakfast.
Located at the southern tip of Africa, in the province of Western Cape, the city has a unique mix of culture, modern, refined and dynamic architecture, in addition to its very welcoming people.
DAY 4: CAPE TOWN
Breakfast at the hotel. Private half-day tour with a guide in Portuguese through the city of Cape Town.
Visit to Table Mountain (subject to weather conditions), one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature, with panoramic views of the city, Table Bay, Robben Island, the Atlantic Ocean and the Cape Peninsula. Continue to Greenmarket Square, one of the oldest markets in the city, followed by a visit to the Company's Gardens, historic gardens surrounded by important buildings, such as the South African Parliament, the Slave Lodge and St. George's Cathedral.
Next, visit the Castle of Good Hope, the oldest colonial building in South Africa, and the Bo-Kaap neighborhood, known for its colorful houses and rich Cape Malay cultural heritage.
Return to the hotel.
Day 5: CAPE TOWN
Breakfast at the hotel. Private full-day tour, with a guide in Portuguese, through the Cape Peninsula, one of the most famous scenic routes in South Africa, with coastal landscapes, mountains, beaches and rich biodiversity.
Visit to the Cape of Good Hope Natural Reserve, one of the most emblematic protected areas in the country, to Cape Point, with the possibility of taking the funicular to the historic lighthouse, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of False Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and the South African coast.
Then, visit Boulders Beach, in Simon's Town, to observe the colony of African penguins in their natural habitat.
Stop for lunch (without drinks) at a local restaurant.
Return to Cape Town via Chapman's Peak Drive (subject to weather conditions), one of the most famous panoramic roads in the world, passing through Hout Bay, Camps Bay and Clifton.
DAY 6: CAPE TOWN
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day for independent activities.
Optional activity suggestion (not included):
- Private full-day tour to Stellenboch and Franschhoek Wineries, with a guide in Portuguese, including wine tastings and lunch (without drinks) in the region.
DAY 7: CAPE TOWN
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Private transfer to Cape Town airport.
