Pantanal and Bonito Carnival

Day 1 (13/02/2026): CAMPO GRANDE - PANTANAL
Arrival at Campo Grande International Airport, reception and private transfer to Caiman, Pantanal, also known as Caiman Ecological Refuge. Accommodation for 4 nights, with full board.

• Regular activities in shared vehicles, at pre-determined times for contemplating nature, such as: safaris, night focus, Canadian canoe trips and hiking trails, accompanied by Caimaner guides, mostly biologists and field guides, natives who are true connoisseurs of the region.

2nd day (14/02/2026) and 3rd (15/02/2026): PANTANAL Free
days for independent activities and to carry out the activities offered and organized by Caiman.

Suggested optional activities (not included):

• Guided birdwatching tour;
• Horseback riding, considered the most Pantanal way, to explore the biome and interact with nature.
• Onçafari: opportunity to follow the movement of jaguars on the spot. The tour is led by specialized guides from Onçafari, a pioneering initiative that fights for the conservation of jaguars.
• Field adventure closely monitoring blue macaw nests. Activity accompanied by biologists from the Arara Azu Institute, who have been fighting for the preservation of the species for years.

Day 4 (16/02/2026): PANTANAL - BONITO
After breakfast, private transfer to Bonito. Arrival and accommodation for 4 nights, with breakfast.

Bonito, in Mato Grosso do Sul, is known for its crystal clear rivers, caves and abundant aquatic life. The destination offers activities such as floating, hiking, diving, and visits to waterfalls. It is a travel option focused on contact with nature and sustainable practices.


Day 5 (17/02/2026): BEAUTIFUL
After breakfast at the hotel, meeting with the local representative to take a private transfer to the Blue Lake Cave, a cave famous for its crystal clear and blue lake. Arrival and meeting with the guide for a regular Bonito postcard tour.

Continue to the São Miguel Cave, where it is possible to observe various species of birds and wild animals.

Finally, visit the Rio Sucuri springs. The Sucuri River is considered one of the most crystal-clear rivers in the world and has been the scene of soap operas and several TV programs. Opportunity to float in the river while observing the underwater flora and various schools of fish.

Return to the hotel in Bonito.


Day 6 (18/02/2026): NICE
Breakfast and departure from the hotel by private transfer to Recanto Ecologico Rio da Prata. The experience begins with a walk of approximately 50 minutes along a trail in the middle of the forest, offering opportunities to spot birds and wild animals. The fluctuation begins at the source of the Olho D'Água River, providing the feeling of being inside an immense natural aquarium, surrounded by crystal clear waters, fish and rich underwater vegetation. After the tour, stop for lunch included.

In the afternoon, head to Buraco das Araras, a huge sandstone crater 120 meters deep and 500 meters in diameter, home to the beautiful red macaws and several other bird species.

Return to the hotel.


7th day (19/02/2026): BEAUTIFUL
After breakfast, departure from the hotel by private transfer to the Mimoso Cave. After packing at the reception, there will be a 300-meter self-guided trail amidst the local greenery. Then, descend down a staircase to the clear water lake, where the fluctuation occurs, observing the submerged formations and rock structures on the cave walls.

Then, private transfer to Nascente Azul, an attraction with a bathing area and a lake with transparent waters. The tour begins with a light walk of approximately 300 meters through the riparian forest, passing through limestone tuffs and through the fig tree forest. During the fluctuation, it is possible to practice apnea at the source and follow the river observing the fauna and the underwater vegetation. After the activity, it is possible to have lunch at the local reception (optional, à la carte) and enjoy the rest of the day at the Chapel Lake structure or participate in activities such as zip lining and human pendulum.

Return to the hotel.


8th day (20/02/2026): BEAUTIFUL - Campo Grande
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. At an appropriate time, meeting with the local representative and private transfer to Campo Grande International Airport.
