Small Group of Brazilians - Soul Detox for Women in Búzios

Soul Detox is an experience created in 2016 with the objective of offering a safe and sacred space especially for women. The proposal is to provide moments of reconnection with one's own essence and to promote the awakening of new layers of self-knowledge and inner balance.

Conducted by psychologist and astrologer Chloé d'Archemont, Detox da Alma takes place at the charming Vila da Santa hotel in Búzios, which was voted the Best Boutique Hotel in Brazil. The paradisiacal environment and welcoming atmosphere become the stage for a journey of care, purpose and transformation. Among the experiences offered are the Fire Ritual, astrology, meditations, therapeutic experiences, yoga, kundalini practices, detachment and renewal exercises, as well as sound healing sessions. Each stage of Soul Detox is designed so that participants can immerse themselves in a profound process of self-exploration and well-being, emerging lighter, more aware and renewed.

 

DAY 1 (05/03/2026): Búzios
Presentation on behalf of the passenger at the Vila da Santa Hotel Boutique Spa hotel. Accommodation for 3 nights, with breakfast.

In the evening, the group meets for a round of presentation and bonfire experience, followed by dinner.


DAY 2 (06/03/2026): Búzios
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a Hawaiian Canoe experience, an invitation to connect with the sea, movement and inner silence.

After the activity, the group enjoys a relaxing moment, while the body slows down and assimilates the first experiences of the day. Soon after, a light and quiet lunch brings a cozy break, offering nourishment and energy for the rest of the journey.

Then, the atmosphere of serenity is maintained with a new relaxing moment, which subtly prepares the mind for the Kundalini Awakening. At dusk, this practice conducted by Chloé activates vital energy and promotes deep inner expansion.

In the evening, the group comes together for Vivência do Celebrar, a moment of authentic connection, spontaneous expression, and shared joy. The welcoming atmosphere favors the strengthening of the bonds created during the retreat, allowing each one to recognize themselves not only in themselves, but also in the trajectory of the other participants.

After this experience, a special dinner with live music transforms the evening into a celebration of the day's encounters and achievements, creating affective memories and strengthening the sense of belonging to the group. The hotel environment, carefully illuminated and surrounded by the tranquil energy of Búzios, invites everyone to savor every moment with levity and gratitude.

As the night progresses, around 8:30 p.m., time for silence and warmth that provide a well-deserved rest, promoting the integration of everything experienced and renewing energies for a new cycle of discoveries the following morning.


DAY 3 (07/03/2026): Búzios
Early in the morning, harmonized practice of dawn, a harmonious yoga practice integrates gentle movements and therapeutic sounds from sound healing, awakening the body in a natural way and bringing balance to the energy of each participant.

Then, breakfast invites presence and welcome, creating an environment conducive to the sharing of experiences and the unity of the group, followed by a moment of relaxation and lunch.

Free time for independent activities and at dusk, Vivência da Moqueca takes place, a sensory and collective experience that combines flavors, aromas and affection in a gesture of celebration and connection.

In the evening, a dinner to the sound of live music lulls the group into an atmosphere of joy and communion. The day ends with a well-deserved rest, offering each participant the opportunity to assimilate with peace of mind everything that happened during the journey.


DAY 4 (08/03/2026): Búzios
Breakfast at the hotel followed by an Astrology Lecture that reflects on individual and collective cycles, showing how each woman can align her energy with the movements of the universe.

After the lecture, the group meets for the Closing Wheel, a space for active listening, gratitude, and true connection. It is the moment when each participant can share their experiences and perceptions, consolidating everything that was experienced during the retreat. At noon, the meeting comes to an end with the check-out, marking the end of the immersion. However, more than a goodbye, this moment represents the starting point for a new cycle: each participant returns to their daily lives taking with them more awareness, lightness and purpose, ready to integrate what they experienced and transform their own journey.
