DAY 1: JOHANNESBURG/KALAHARI
Arrival in Johannesburg and board a flight to Kalahari. After disembarkation, regular transfer to the lodge. Accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
Tswalu Kalahari has been designed to suit different traveler profiles. The Motse, consisting of just nine elegant suites, combines discreet luxury and integration with nature. Legendary Legaes are ideal for couples, with large areas, stunning views, and outdoor bathrooms. For families, Family Legaes offer two interconnected rooms, providing comfort and privacy in a welcoming environment.
This arid savanna is home to rare and unusual species, such as the Pangolim, Aardvark (earthen pig), eared fox, aardwolf (earthen wolf), and the brown hyena. In addition, the lodge offers various activities such as horseback safari, meerkat experience, Malori Sleepout, a visit to a community clinic, a local preschool or the Tswalu Foundation.
Depending on the time of arrival at the lodge, the first safari may take place in the late afternoon, with an English-speaking guide.
Return to the lodge for dinner.
DAY 2: KALAHARI
Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the lodge. Free day to carry out the activities offered by the lodge.
DAY 3: KALAHARI/SKUKUZA - SABI SANDS RESERVE Breakfast at the lodge and
free morning for activities offered by the lodge. Regular transfer to the airstrip for boarding to Skukuza (flight not included).
Arrival and regular transfer to the lodge. Accommodation for 2 nights, with full board.
In the afternoon, regular safari, with an English-speaking guide, for an introduction to the park's fauna and flora.
Return and dinner at the lodge.
DAY 4: RESERVE SABI SANDS
Just at dawn, departure by vehicle (4×4) for safari. The open vehicle allows for a full wildlife experience, with time not only to see the animals, but also to hear them and smell the African bush.
Return to the lodge for breakfast. Free time to relax or enjoy the lodge.
In the afternoon, departure for the second safari of the day. Return to the lodge for dinner.
DAY 5: SABI SANDS RESERVE - SKUKUZA/CAPE TOWN
After breakfast and check-out from the lodge, regular transfer to the airstrip to board a flight to Cape Town (flight not included).
Arrival and private transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 3 nights, with breakfast.
Free afternoon for independent activities.
DAY 6: CAPE TOWN
Breakfast at the hotel. Full-day private tour of Cape Town, with a guide in Portuguese. This tour explores the city of Cape Town, with the opportunity to visit Table Mountain, one of the seven new wonders of the world, which offers spectacular views of the city and the bay (includes the ticket for the cable car to access Table Mountain, whose visit depends on the weather conditions on the day).
The tour passes through the Bo Kaap Malay neighborhood, with its colorful houses and picturesque mosques, and The Company's Garden, located in the center of the city of Cape Town, including a visit to the Castle of Good Hope and the National Museum of South Africa. Stop for lunch (not included).
In the afternoon, you can explore art galleries, clothing boutiques, and the city center. Passage through the city's main tourist attractions, such as the Parliament, the main square The Grand Parade, and the City Hall. Finally, stroll along the seaside promenade of Sea Point Promenade.
Return to the hotel.
Note: Table Mountain will be closed for maintenance between 28/07/2025 and 03/08/2025.
DAY 7: CAPE TOWN
Breakfast at the hotel. Full-day private tour, with a guide in Portuguese, to the Cape of Good Hope.
This tour allows you to take beautiful photographs and enjoy wonderful landscapes. Passage through the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Then stop at Chapman's Peak (weather permitting) to visit the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where you have the opportunity to walk or take the cable car and climb up to the old lighthouse to enjoy the view. Then travel to the city of Simon's Town, home to the famous Boulders Beach with its penguin colony. Finally, stop at the Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden.
DAY 8: CAPE TOWN/JOHANNESBURG
After breakfast and hotel check-out, private transfer to Cape Town airport for boarding a flight (not included) to Johannesburg.
Arrival and private transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 1 night, with breakfast.
The rest of the day is free for independent activities.
DAY 9: JOHANNESBURG
After breakfast and hotel check-out, private transfer to Johannesburg airport.
